AVOID!We bought 2 recliners and they are like sitting on rocks, nothing like the ones we tried in store. Constantly emailing them now and all they do is fob you off, they have no regard for consumer rights laws. We bought recliners as my wife has herniated discs and these were supposed to help, instead they have made it even worse. I'm not giving up fighting them as they are not fit for purpose and are not comparable to the ones we tried in store.

Don?t use this store, I was told the settee came in pieces, I measured the living room and doorways as instructed and it fitted, I get that I live in a upstairs flat but the First delivery team that came on sunday moaned at every corner tried the setee one way and went home had absolutely no interest in the job. They scrape d the sofa on the outside brick walls several times, muddied all my carpets and marked all my newly painted walls. The second team tried better but they still can?t get it in due to a certain angle.Now store manager Mark thinks it?s down to me to take my window out of an upstairs flat, or it?s ok just to take my money in a cost of living crisis for something I was mislead into buying and told came in more pieces than it actually does. Telling me he?s keeping the money Iv already put down.I am not the sofa expert you are. Maybe when selling sofas you should send someone out to the property first, especially when they live in an upstairs flat. So now Iv basically had my money stolen by DFS, for their own incompetence.Completely disgusted with the service.

Went to view a bed but unfortunately they don't have them. The person we spike to was really helpful though and it turns out noone sticks the bed we wanted and eoukd have to just risk ordering online

Sofa shopping has always filled me with dread - all staff hanging round the door waiting to pounce on you and badger you non stop. I visited DFS in Rotherham today - the staff were all spot on - they made themselves known but then left you to look in peace. There were enough of them to be able to ask any questions, they were all knowledgeable and really helpful. I really appreciated this approach and commend DFS Rotherham for doing it!

Nicely set out showroom which was warm and welcoming with the offer of a refreshment coffee! Sales staff helpful, pleasant and informative too which is why I decided to reserve my sofa here.
