We cannot begin to thank saleswoman Heather enough for all of her help during our visit a few days ago. We came in with a rough idea of what we wanted and she nailed it - found us exactly the sofa matching our description, covered everything we could have ever possibly asked and we left very happy! Not to mention how kind and down to earth she was, patient and understanding of our wants and needs :)
Now to wait 10 weeks for our new sofa. Thank you again, Heather and team!

From viewing the sofa I had my heart set on to delivery, everything was absolutely spot on, highly recommend it and even got a good deal with all the extra add ons when I purchased my sofa, fantastic customer service and delivery drivers were excellent and nothing was any trouble living in a 2nd floor apartment ?????

We came into the Parkgate store tonight and were greeted straight away by the lovely staff members. We were then left to ourselves to browse which was nice and only checked up on when we needed help, so different to some other stores we have been in where you are constantly approached and followed. We decided on some sofas after a long deliberation and then Warren took us through everything in such detail. What an amazing service we received from him, it was like talking to someone you had known all of your life. He was very professional yet so easy going and chatty from start to finish.
We are extremely happy with our choice and the customer service we received and would recommend this store to anyone searching for their next piece of furniture.
Shopping with you today was a pleasure! ??????????

I travelled to the Rotherham branch as their website advertised it was open until 8 pm. I arrived at 7 pm and the store was closed. Change your website, wasted my time and petrol money. Even your online staff said it should have been opened until 8 pm. Apparently it closes at 7 pm on a Tuesday.
