?Brilliant shopping experience at the Rotherham depot.The staff, Laura and Nick, could not have been more helpful.Very friendly, attentive and knowledgable. Laura provided excellent advice, and lots of samples to match up with different products to help us choose the right colours and textures. Nick was really helpful with an impulse purchase of a beautiful bathroom sink!We manged to buy everything we needed for two rooms in one, easy and effortless visit. We will certainly be going back. Highly recommended.

Damaged goods on delivery. Poor responses and if you are on a time crunch then my experience?looking elsewhere would suffice. Cloaked in modern #panelcompany branding but at the surface lacks customer service and professionalism. #decorwallsandflooring #hopeless -£5 matters MR Collin!

Great experience when we wanted panels for our shower, James was extremely helpful without being pushy. The panels arrived on time and in perfect order, with no damage, they were well packed.We will definitely be back as we've decided to panel the rest of the walls and ceiling too!Very happy.
