My local shop, which for the last 12 years ive have supported.Recently it appears to be a little run down, prices charged do not match price codes on the shelves, out of date stock on the shelves.I draw the line at dusty stock which I had to wipe before I brought item to the till to place in my shopping bag.brought attention to shop assistant/ owner? who shrugged his shoulders and said that's £6.99 .Instantly asked why does the price on shelve say £5.99 he said sorry its wrong.Also brought bread I usually check the dates but didn't this time. only to get home with bread dated today's date.Angry from Rotherham fuming

Never order evri at this shop. Staff are lying machine is not working, and then I can see it is working and theh making up that he is alone and he will refuse to check my parcel. This is absolutelly unaceptable and this will be reported to evri so they take off thwie license. Absolutelly disguisting

The man serving today 5th May 23 at 12:10pm was the most rude unhelpful person I have spoken to in a very long time! He couldn?t be bothered to assist me returning a parcel via Evri and he was very abrupt and aggressive to a lady on her own. When he wanted me to type my name into the device he pushed the phone to me and said just the word name? He could see that I wasn?t happy. I will never frequent this shop again.

Do not use Costcutter Upper Richmond Road Wandsworth. Vendor did not know what string was. They showed me sewing thread which I did not buy. Then after I had paid for my goods I was told I was stealing which I was not. Very annoying. Another time vendor on till tried to short change me by 10p when I paid with cash

I had a bad experience today. I bought some sandwich meat (chicken) from my local costcutter. When I went to put it in my fridge I noticed it was out of date. Went out of date 28.09.22. I bought today 4.10.22. Is this legal? Surely it can?t be. I?m shocked!

had a bad experience at cost cutter straight road member of staff was extremely abusive also mocking and laughing at fact I suffer with ptsd which he had triggered called police on me for wanting to post letters and police did not do anything as I was not in the wrong as a customer I was in the right to request a refund and tried to continue my transactions to point I was abused verbally for it
