It's in the hospital so I was glad that it was near the entrance - doors are opening and closing all the time wafting in frsh air. The coffee is good and they have alternative milks and decaff, so we were all happy!
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get through the doors and spaces that can be reached by wheelchair .

Just been into Costa, Rotherham Hospital.
The drink that I wanted couldn't be made as they had run out of one ingredient.
Staff made an alternative and suggested I try it, unfortunatrly that wasn't to my taste. They then went out of their way to make another similar drink, which by the way is delicious !
I'm so impressed by their service and friendliness, especially in this heat , when most of us would feel very grumpy and tired.
Thankyou so much Ladies for making me feel welcomed.

This is Costa within Rotherham Hospital so not your normal Costa of choice. That said, brilliant and friendly service with a quickly provided skinny late. Clean area for sitting and drinking with well spaced tables and chairs. I didn't have any food so can't comment. Small side note as I leisurely drank my coffee: I was in the wrong Hospital ?????

1st time I got a caramel catardo, it will be the last. I enjoy my drink in the right cup. However they were not doing crockery cups, it is like water, the throth was runny just like a flay white, it should be thick and denser!!!! No point complaining, they just look at you gone out and thr drink is the same as the 1st!!!! ? staff could do with putting a smile on there face too in my opinion ??????Have a nice day!!!

I found the one clean table!! it wasn't busy loads of staff stood talking and not interested in customers i sat for 40 mins and not one attempt was made to clear and wipe down anything, including behind the counter!

Nothing much to say. It's OK for a drink before an appointment or for a walk off the ward. But understaffed tables are often cluttered with oirs from last users

Asked for a cup a tea and it came with bits in so asked for a replacement and got the exact same thing again but received poor customer service as the staff was rude about it and tried to blame the machine. And it cost £2.65 at that. Ridiculous if you ask me.
