Please stay away. Absolute dump.My room (13) was a nice size but was absolutely freezing cold.Heating doesn't work, no staff on site to complain to. 1small electric heater, which I left on all night but still woke to a cold room.Bath is only about 1m in length so no chance of a soak. Shower had very low pressure, but at least the water was warm.Staircase to room is soon steep it's a death trap.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the room wasn?t clean with marks on the bed and room was very dusty, never seen any staff member to discuss anything. Heating hasn?t been on at all so the room was absolutely freezing, people running around all night with the main door getting slammed through the night, then came back day before we check out to find out someone had been in the room and removed our belonging, I?ve tried calling numerous times and they haven?t even been bothered to answer!! Absolutely disgusting place do not even bother booking!

Radiators haven't been bled in god knows how long so only bottom inch works, duvets are fit for dwarfs andSo thin it's either freezing shoulders or ankles and the rooms was dirty in general had this booked through work and will be informing them never to put me here againRooms: Tiny uninsulated cesspit 2 wafer thin pillows and a duvet to suit for a double bed and a kettle that was half full upon entry so by my standard an unclean roomNoteworthy details: The code for front door is not properly stated anywhere

If I could give 0 stars I really would. No physical presence of any staff at all during our overnight stay. We didn't book here was a work related stay. Room 9 had half a missing loo seat which turned up next to the bed, a bathroom that had not seen a cleaner for weeks and a unit with tea and coffee which had been clean by prayers. Room 12 had stains and barely cleaned bathroom as in a bear would have cleaned it better. I have seen cleaner kennels! During the night someone attempted to break jn via Room 12 window my colleague was petrified, there was drug deals going on all night jn and out of the place and people walking around all hours fighting and partying in the corridors. The ONLY reason we stayed was the bedding was clean and we needed to be in the area for work reasons. NEVER GOING BACK, OUR RECOMMENDATION IS TO AVOID!

People taking drugs in the corridors, no staff on you get a code to access if you call them, this is not a hotel with any standards an absolute disgrace. Bedding disgusting do not book as you will be very disappointed, only stayed 1 night out of the 4 booked and they refused to refund. Booking.com no help, they shouldn?t be listing properties like this

OK here's the thing it's a bog standard hotel in a rough area with dodge on street parking... Nobody there so keys are in little safes...entrance gives the halfway house, hostel vibe and the carpet has never been cleaned...advice : hold on to your key for God's sake as losing it is a nightmare... OK on to the rooms... Surprised to say they were pretty good, clean and tidy with everything you need....can't complain...although bring your own pillows. Bathrooms was clean and shower worked fine..WiFi was easy to connect to and worked a treat....this hotel is what it is so don't expect the hilton lol...hope this helps.i took some photos...

We stayed for three nights but unfortunately had to cut our stay short. It was good value for money and we had no complaints. There was a minor issue with the heating and the proprietor called a plumber out to deal on a Sunday night. You cannot ask for better service than that. Everything else was working fine and the check-in/check-out processes work well. I would have no qualms staying there again if we are in the area. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful in all communications.

To start with, hotel rooms didn?t have the key in the proper key box? after trying multiple times we contacted owner who answered 9hrs later. One of the rooms we had access to, it was really dirty! Bed was not made properly, towels were not washed, carpets had soo much dust that I had my allergies back. Don?t book it!! The price don?t match the services?Please, check the reviews before BOOKING.

Arrived at 10 minutes before booking time, went to both rooms, mine had not been cleaned from previous occupant, and the plastic sheet on the bed had blood stained patches all over it, the other room had the duvet screwed up on the floor and was completely urine stained.Text owner, who said someone was in the rooms cleaning when were we actually sat outside.We told them that there was no way we would be staying there, however they took payment and have now blocked my number.We are so glad we did see the rooms before they were cleaned, heaven knows what we could of contracted.My advice is stay well clear of this hotel

Stayed on new year?s eve and paid £250 for a room for 2, understandably pricey due to it being NYE and being so close to bassfest which we were going to so location was good. However, our experience did not warrant this price at all. We arrived to a locked front door with 2 different numbers to ring for enquiries, we rang both multiple time and no reply for about 20 minutes, no staff working in the hotel so we just thought we?d been scammed, eventually we got an answer with the code for the door and our room key. Room itself was extremely simple - we had 1 pillow each and a quilt that didn?t even cover the double bed properly for the both of us. At about 5am all the power in the hotel went off - all lights and electric so the emergency light stayed on in our room which couldn?t be turned off, obviously on a normal night no one would notice a power off at 5am but it was nye and most of the hotel was up. Had to check out by 10am & tried to get a quick shower but there was no hot water from the shower or tap in the room. Personally would not recommend a stay here - on our way back from being out for the night there was an active crime scene 2 mins down the road and a group of men right outside the hotel blaring music at 3am and drinking - not the nicest of places in the area.

First of all, it's not a hotel...just rooms to rent...no reception, no services, area where you don't necessarily feel safe.I don't recommend this place

Booked the hotel for 3 days. Did not attend as did not like area. Cancelled within 2hrs of booking. Have not received a refund nor have I been able to get through to the hotel. Appalling!
