Ordered from just eat as my little one was in bed. Half of my order did not show up but was only refunded one item. Tryed to contact the shop to check if it had been missed or if the delivery guy had got another bag. Fist call wasn't answered, second call was answered and the was female voices on the phone and in the background. After being on for long enuph for me to say hello they slammed the phone down. IV phoned numerous times since and there blatantly ignoring the phone. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never use again.

Last time I go.in here the man serving called mark slaming my stuff in basket talking to me like rubbish had a very rude attitude going here every day after work maybe he's had a bad day no need to take it out of customers I spend between 30 to 60 a day ever evening after work not no more very rude ?

Seems expensive for what is a little store. Also lady at counter seemed snobbish and rude. Needs to learn a thing or two about customer service.

Use this Coop regularly for deliveries via Deliveroo and the consistency of service is incredible. Most orders arrive within 15/ 20 mins which is brilliant if you need something for lunch or a top up to your weekly shop. Drivers are always pleasant and polite.
