My mum and friend went there today and the assistant was the most friendly and helpful person they have met in awhile. She even offered them a seat when they were tired and to go and fetch her car because it was parked quite away away. Five star review

I ordered 15 9f these cards for my customers at the beginning of December 1st class and they arrived at the sorting office on the 18th! 3 of them are a complete shambles as pictured! Spent quite a bit of money aswell and now they can't be rectified in time!!!! The customer service number has 8 options and every option ends up telling me to Email my issue.For a big company like this - this is very bad ?. Will not be spending money with them again online or in store.Thanks for dimming our Christmas spirit Card Factory
