Asked about the temperature in store and how they manage to work in here and Disgruntled cashier told me that their head office control the heating and the heating has been on all summer including when temperatures were up to 28 degrees!! They have no option to have heating on or off and no air con, and been ignored by big bosses. Makes me feel sick !!!

I called in for rabbit food hay and sawdust. Unfortunately they had only small bags so had to purchase 2 bags of everything. There never seems to be any large bags available these days.
