The amount of times I have ordered from here and it's 1 thing after another. They either send u wrong items, don't send the items u asked for, don't send them at all or just completely forget that you've ordered something. This store is appalling and should never accept any orders unless they r willing to get it right. Simple as!!! Never order from here again!! Well done Asda you've lost customers!

Walked out after waiting for a carrier bag for over 5 minutes. The woman behind the counter refused to give me one despite been stood right next to them,said she was serving a customer. It would have taken her literally 5 seconds. Total jobsworth. I thought women could multitask.

Disgraceful this place. My 4 year old nearly wet herself and they was refusing to open the toilets for her to use them. Told us to go away when she is 4 years old. Disgusting customer service from their floor staff. Definitely will never go back here. Vile all of them
