I visited this place to enquire about either a pakistani visa or a nadra card upon someone telling me they'll ring me i had to ring them as I heard nothing! Then was told to send my documents in and everything will be sorted for £85 1 week went by heard nothing even though they knew i required it sorting urgently so completed it myself online for £49. Maybe get back to your customers instead of wasting their time! This isn't the first time it happened with a pakistani passport in January too.
