Very very rude female member of staff on the till. I politely waited for a receipt and when one wasn't given I asked for one, she repeatedly said "please" like I don't know basic manners, but I did say please. This isn't the first time I've had problems with her either. Incompetent, lacks basic customer service skills and very unprofessional, avoid at all costs!!

Rude member off female member of staff with red hair on till. Thinks it is professional to chunter and make sarcastic remarks about a customers comments. Extremely rude and unprofessional, she even gave a dirty look as leaving the shop AVOID this arrogant woman

Avoid. They allow unregistered trail bike riders without registration plates to fill up. Always quite expensive for petrol.

It has premium oil as well, good customer service, good location, in a way competitive price, overall very good.

Always best to avoid bad traffic times like the school run etc as this station is just before a major set of traffic lights that hold up everyone. I've given it 5* rating because of fuel quality compared to supermarket fuel. The station also has a decent mini market but expect Shell prices on everything not just Shell fuel prices.

Another change of hands, but still Shell. Now much more expensive for petrol and goods in store, however new staff are much more pleasant than the lot from a year or two back. New Shell reward card is not as good, which makes things more expensive still. Used to go here regularly, will see if they can make me a regular again.
