James came out while I was first looking at second hand cars and asked if there was any particular I was looking for and to let him know if I had any questions. He did not pester me and allowed me to look round the cars to consider my options. Where me or my parents had queries on any of vehicles conditions or history he was happy to answer!Once I had narrowed down the cars I liked, he showed me my finance options and explained all of the optional extras I could add. James made sure I understood all of the costs and I never felt pressured into paying for something I didn?t feel I needed.Overall James was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my first car!

Thank you to Sue Cooil for the exceptional service!Nothing was too much trouble for anyone I dealt with a ford Rotherham recently while purchasing my new car a used Puma ST X and part exchanging my last vehicle.Walked in on Monday Sue helped me decide on which car was best for me as I was torn between 2 models, she then went on to source the spec I wanted which was from another location. I was told to expect up to 10 days to take delivery but Sue pulled out all the stops to allow me to drive away the following Saturday so I could get the dual controls fitted meaning I was back out to work on the next Monday morning 1 week after purchasing. Sue has been patient, efficient and friendly I won?t go any where else in future.The most positive experience I?ve had to date buying a car.

Avoid like the plague. Absolute rob dogs!!!!!Got an email that looked like a safety recall check. Took my car in and they came up with a list of "essential" repairs totally £2.2k, more than my car is worth.Took my car to a local independent garage who confirmed the only essential repairs were replacing 2 brakes light bulbs, cost less than £4 from Halfords!!!!!!!

If you visit this dealership, as for Trevor Greenfield. He has found me some great cars over the years and is always a pleasure to deal with. Down to earth and fun to spend time with, he?s always given us good advice. He?s looked after us, both my wife and I have bought cars from him over the years.. I?ve had my current car since almost new, it?s now 13 years old and still going. Thanks Trevor!
