Tuesday night is quiz night. Last night was busy which created a good, friendly atmosphere. Jenny, the landlady makes it supported by friendly staff.
The free buffet mid session was fresh, well presented and a great variety on offer. People should try it, I?m sure they wouldn?t be disappointed.
Dog friendly too.
Kid-friendliness: Up to 9 pm children are welcome (that?s the law).

Great pub with great atmosphere and fab selection of food and drinks. Since it was taken over FIVE YEARS AGO the pub has thrived ever since. They do loads for the local community and it?s the heart of a great village. Love the karaoke nights especially!

Lovely lunch today. Great, friendly service. Loved the salt & chilli chips especially. Plenty of choice and good quality and good value. Will definitely return.

An unusual pub built on to the face of the hillSpread out over multiple levels with outdoor seating areas at the top, middle and bottom of the hill... Large free carpark at the top.Jenny was the perfect host and very popular worth the locals, the pub is bright and welcoming and very clean throughout... A real credit to her and her staff.A beautiful and unique venue, well worth a visit.Inside feels very cosy

Go there few times but not dining. Landlady is very friendly. Karaoke night is a plus as fun and great atmosphere. Will definitely go again.
