I accidentally rang the wrong rspca and the lady on the phone was absolutely horrible, I have some mice I?d like to donate to the rspca(frozen) and she just kept repeating ?this is a charity in Rotherham? and didn?t give me time to explain or even apologise. To say she?s meant to be representing a charity too, she then ended the phone on me very abruptly and kept talking over me. Personally I think it?s disgusting, shame on you

The ROSSINGTON RSPCA shop is one of the most friendliest charity shops I've been in. The staff are always welcoming and polite. The manager has such a good relationship with her customers and knows what they like. It's very reasonable for pricing and bargains galore. Even clothing with tags on are up for grabs if it your style of clothing. Well done to all the staff and volunteers that work there it's a pleasure to shop in your premises

Discrimination against disability at it finest. Very rude staff, namely inspector L.Booth who openly discriminated me against disability, threatened and bullied me in front of scared children. I am deaf, autistic person with addittional communication needs and thought the workers knew about my disability from previous visit, never bothered to arrange BSL interpreter or appropriate adult.
They literally stole from loving home healthy and well cared for emotional support animals. Came with bunch of lies and "sob" story afterwards. I complained to the CEO, never received response or apology.

I?ve been visiting the store for years, such a lovely friendly environment. The manager is always really helpful and interacts with everyone who comes in as do all the other staff members. A lot of time and effort goes into providing a great service with everything so neatly organised and beautifully presented. Will continue to visit for many more years!

The manager at this store is not rude, I have known her for over 20 years and has always been lovely and friendly towards customers and kind towards everyone and have loads of loyal customers

Store Manager extremely rude, no gratitude when you donate things for the shop. Items with no price tags, tried to charge me more and when I noticed I was given a ?discount?. I will never use this shop again and I will donate to the other charity shop in the village as the ladies there are nice and polite.

My autistic sister very nicely and kindly advised them that the fluffy bedding they use for hamsters is extremely unsafe and that the sawdust is unsafe too. She also advised that seeds treats are unsafe for rabbits too. They deleted her comments and so she messaged them offering the advice - again - politely and kindly.
They have now blocked her. As an animal charity how can you
A) not want to learn about scientifically proven animal care
B ) discriminate against a disability. This is the second rspca to seemingly ignore autism and adhd. York rspca immediately changed their tune when I mentioned I had ADHD and spoke to me like a child.
Disgusting attitude - happy to be contacted to discuss this.
How can you educate people on animal care if you won?t be educated yourself ?

destroying a dog when extremely stressed and kennel guarding from stress as they separated this dog from the other that were signed back to them. obviously no proper RBU in place. someone had offered to home this dog, but no one got back to them. disgraceful. I have not donated to them for a long while due to the bad reputation. I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
