I'm dreading being ill enough to need an appointment at The new surgery..my friend tried to get one..it cost her £10 on her phone only to be told to ring next day..even though 2wk ago was told to go back if no better

This surgery has a longstanding issue of untrained reception staff being rude, short tempered, unprofessional, and egregious with members of the public. The likes of Paige, Carol, Sharon, are nothing but low-level scrubbers who are, in turn managed by Debbie Gillot who is another low-level scrubber. It is impossible to believe that the staff have had any training for a customer facing role and that there is any periodic standards checks carried out.

I called 50 times on Monday to get an appointment to see a Dr Rodriguez andchad to ho to tgd surgery to find out thus doctor doesn't work Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. To call back Thursday or Friday. I called today 110 times and I was even calling them whilst I was stood in the surgery itself. The staff were answering calls but clearly mine wasn't getting through. I'm actyslly believing that my number is blocked. The receptionist told me that my exempt gorm has been rejected and they couldn't give me my original forms back. They have also told me that the condition I have has nothing to with them. I'm not happy with the attitude or level of customer service these women give. I will be raising this issue and other concerns above the heads of Mrs D Gillot and Mrs Sharon Cassidy as I believe they won't give any answers or resolve the high level dissatisfaction I have towards their surgery. It is a disgrace it is appalling that they haven't updated their telephone system to a queue system like the rest of the surgeries in Doncaster. It's slso a disgrace thst legal documentation from the council has been destroyed. The council are Awre of thus, and I will take this matter further too. Plus I no longer want services with this g.P and I wish to be struck off the patient list. Instead I will csll out if hours instead it's easier and they ate a lot more understanding

There is no communication between staff members. Look to me that handovers are not done or passed on, and if they are, no action is taken. l kept providing my details as requested by the same GP for an urgent letter needed to have my procedure booked. I requested this letter on 11 December 2023, and yet, here I was again today, 30th Jan 2024, with no one knowing the state of my letter. I was told it was ready but no it was not.Is sad to have provided details for the letter twice in person.Perhaps I face this because of my skin colour, and I am very sure this wouldn't happen should I have been a white skinned.That's a big shame and a disgrace being treated this way.The one Star is only in place so I can comment here. Left with 6 would be no star.

Well once again nurse specialist Karen has cured my psoriasis in 10 days had a bad outbreak for over a year she has gave me different creams and it's gone she is amazing can't thank her enough she was the only one in 20 years to realise there was problems with my walking and found out I had advanced arthritis in my hips and no doctor had spotted it before

Possibly the worst GP in England. No cueing system for same day appointments, not even a machine to hold, just dead line.. Been trying to get an appointment for my parent for ages, can't even talk to someone

Worst gp I have ever had , been calling since 8.30 and called them 39 times but it keeps beeming, they dont have a robot to put people on hold and everyone to have their place in a cue, I also went in to the surgery but the laidy at the reception with an pasive reaction told me that I need to call to make an appoiment and even thought she wasnt on the phone at that time the phone still just beeming, as a new member of The New Surgery I had the worst service ever

I phoned 500 times before I got a answer thay trying to get me to there pharmacy wen mine is in mexborough if you need help with two ore more you got to phone each one separate

Lovely staff, always willing to lend a hand.. ( my previous review missed off the 2 stars I wanted to add/phone probs!) A great surgery if you are new to the area, with handy pharmacy all under one roof !

I only wish I could register with another doctors surgery you can never get an answer on the phone never get an appointment and to top it all off I went to collect my 22 month repeat prescription today to be told it's no longer on repeat and to contact my doctor but as I've said you can't get through to thses people so now I've been told to contact 111 to get my epilepsy medication !
