Nice people but do not tell you the truth. We bought a phone in desperation only to discover we did not need it took it back we paid 80 they offered ys 40 and said no refunds so theh made 40 pounds in less than 1 hr.What a rip off they did not tell about this or was it on their paperwork. Be very very carefull. Would have giveen 0 stqars

Called the store to reserve an item I?d seen on gumtree Conner was very professional and said he would for me, went to the store later that day and was also served by Graham both great at thier job five stars!

16/7/22. Fantastic from beginning to end. Need a phone asap as my mine got damaged on the date stated above. Visited this shop as it was close to where I was going. Purchased a iPhone 12 as like I said my other phone was damaged that same day (IPhone 11). Megan the lady how assisted me was amazing. Great communication skills and very knowledgeable on helping me with my purchase. I suffer with learning difficulties and I was panicking and stressing with what happened but this staff member really did help. 5 ??Plus from in every way.

I came into the store to what I can only describe as a very unpleasant seen.A very tall medium built man was almost leaning over the counter shouting and waving his arms about to the 2 ladies trying to serve him.Not only that but almost threatening them.The 2 ladies couldn't give him what he wanted as it was company policy.When one lady was serving me he lent over the other desk and stole warranty stickers.I want to applaud both ladies who kept their cool and for dealing with me quickly even though both of them were visibility shaking and very upset.Cash generator should be very proud of them both.

Really pleasant and friendly staff, the shop is well set out and clean, the staff there are always on hand to help me whenever i go in. Would recommend this little shop to anyone living in mexborough ?
