Received delivery today. Only 1 delivery guy to deliver 2 3metre worktops. If they'd communicated with a phone call to say someone needed to help then I could have arrange someone to help. Had to ask a neighbour to put them in front garden. Now I have to arrange help to get them in the house. ?

Can only speak of there Bathroom fitting and service . Luke goes out of his way to be helpful and help sort , second one we have had and good quality, delivery good . Overall shop has a good supply for DIY .

Just visited the kitchen and bathroom showroom. Absolutely filthy. Dust everywhere. In one of the microwaves on display, there was food stains and it smelled of food. Staff had obviously been using it to warm their lunch but not bothered to ensure it was cleaned after. We saw 2 staff outside as we were leaving but no-one approached us and there was no-one in store to ask any questions. We won't be coming back.

I went to the Mexborough store today as you advertise ?Brick-matching service from Huws Gray? however, I was told no you don?t. Found the staff member really unhelpful and dismissive when asking for help. I left and got the bricks from B&Q who were more helpful. Won?t be using your store again!

Went into Build Base yesterday to order walling BLOCKS. THE lady in reception was very Helpful. She went out of her way to help us. She is very knowledgeable about the products. Very polite I would like to thank her.The order was delivered very fast. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely go again.

Been twice now. Different staff each time lovely and friendly, helpful were able to tell me where things were in the shop.Bought skirting, varnish and. Pinkgrip which was recommended.Skirting is lovely before and after with varnish on in picks and the varnish I got.Finished photo it attached looks lovely will deffo be using company again thankyou.

Went today to buy breeze blocks. I had to go twice because of limited space in my hatchback car.On both occasions the counter staff were helpful and efficient. On taking my invoice to my car I hardly had time to open the tailgate before a forklift delivered the blocks right up to my car. Excellent service and certainly beats the hassle of going to wickes, getting a trolley and loading the blocks on to it and having to pull a heavy trolley to the car park. Will certainly use you again.

Really helpful. Went in good friday for loft boards had misjudged how heavy they would be. The gentlemen were all really helpful and had delivered my boards within an hour of me ordering them.
