I've never used this or any company before and usually clean the car myself but fancied getting it done professionally inside and out while shopping at meadowhall.I'd already looked on the website and new which level of clean I wanted and was happy with the price.I pulled into the space and asked the guy how it worked (do I leave him the keys, is it cash or card etc). I told him I wanted the platinum clean and straight away he told me I needed the next one up as this one wouldn't be good enough. I think it's because he saw the child seats in the back. Before going i'd already took the random bits of rubbish out so only really needed Hoovering out. I only wanted to pay for platinum but the way he spoke hinted that unless I upgraded the clean, not much would be done. I don't mind paying more but don't really want to be bullied into an upsell I don't want. Left without anything. Will definitely not recommend to anyone else. I would rather pay more to someone else that have to deal with these. Would leave 0 stars if possible.

Used this site of times now. This time I arrived on a busy Sunday and he was clear on how long it would take. Did me a special offer on a diamond clean, did a fabulous job. The car is actually being sold this week, and he managed to buff out some scratches. Great job.Services: Polishing

Said it closed at 6 online. Left work early to drive here at rush hour to find they?d closed early, so a wasted trip. Will go somewhere more reliable next time.

Meadowhall - Not sure what they did but they didn?t clean the car! I had 3 witnesses to the errors. Significantly expensive and had 100% better car clean for £7 - some would say a rip off! They didn?t clean the car fact! Stolen item too. Pricing very confusing and misleading. Had stuff removed or should I say it went for a walk. This would be safe to say it?s a scamming franchise. If they have gone through my car then they will have my address which is very much a worry. Hence why I am putting it on here. Dodgy as heck

Similar experience to others?.told services listed on website weren?t included but could do diamond wash for £50 as special offer! Checked car when returned and looked ok in LOW light, but as soon as parked up in daylight, noticed poor job completed all round (wheels are worse then when dropped off and bonnet covered in water marks)! Also managed to cover EVERYTHING in back to black - including leather seats!Just read other users reviews and whilst publicly making the effort to apologise and promise this isn?t the service all customer (80,000 quoted), quite clearly doing nothing about it and just taking the money in - appalling!Quick update: 3 hours to rewash the car due to it being worse than I left it! When asked if you have anything valuable in the car, please take heed and remove everything or it?s fair game for ?going missing?! Brand new BMW branded umbrella removed, opened (guessing they were testing for me) and thrown back in?.minus the sleeve!

Total con artists! Avoid like the plague. Wife on her own with my daughter and the car wash ?operative? used heavy handed up sell techniques! my wife asked for the diamond service and when he offered the ultra for £100 she says no, he then tried to get her to dig for the ultra at £80 to which she had to pick out again, NO! I am not happy and will never use them again as will none of my friends and family. In todays world it?s absolutely disgraceful behaviour:Services: Polishing
