Ultimate Bathrooms were excellent from the first visit to completion of the main bathroom and en suite. Chris was clean and tidy always and gave an explanation of every stage of the project. As they advertise not the cheapest but the quality of the products are second to none. Definitely using them again for next en suite .

Had ensuite and cloakroom updated by Ultimate bathrooms.It?s not really ?ALL? about being perfect every time for everyone, it?s about how things are resolved when they go wrong and how a customer feels treated during the process. That?s where you can measure the difference between one company and another. I had several minor issues with Ultimate Bathrooms directly which were satisfactorily and easily resolved.However, Ultimate Bathrooms do not employ bathroom fitters directly but rely on contractors and this is where I had the real issue and where Ultimate Bathrooms couldn?t offer much help. I did not have the fastest team in the World and progress was painful. They?d often knock early or even before lunch. Anyhow I wanted the job completed for the wife?s birthday and so (after 2 and a half weeks) I insisted that the fitters concentrated on the small downstairs cloakroom before finishing the (also small) ensuite... They took offense at me telling them what to do and they decided to walk off the job. (No, they did not get paid). Ultimate bathrooms couldn?t get anyone else to complete the job... Instead it was left to me to find my own fitters to complete the job. The score for Ultimate bathrooms would have been higher if it were not for the fitters they contracted on this occassion.

We have recently had an en-suite designed and installed by Ultimate Bathrooms. From start to finish the entire process was faultless. The quality of the design and materials used together with a very expert "fitter" (Chris) has resulted in a room of very high quality for a very realistic price. As a result of this we are having our main bathroom designed and fitted by Ultimate. In this day and age it is a pleasure to be able to work with people who know and enjoy their job. I would recommend Ultimate Bathrooms to anyone who wants a good job doing. Many thanks to all involved.

We went to ultimate bathrooms on a recommendation after looking elsewhere and not quite finding what we wanted. I had a unique idea and Paul was excellent in helping me chose the spec, creating a design and dealing with my very fussy self! Instead of talking me out of the unusual elements we found solutions to make it work. Even during the pandemic communication was prompt and work started alot sooner than expected. It is a completely relaxed yet professional atmosphere. The guys that did the work were great and really friendly and definately complement the company well. Thank you for fitting us in

Paul Thomas , we can't tell you how pleased we are with the service you have given us. We decided to change our bathroom to a wet room , Paul helped us with the design and planning .We agreed a date to suit us both . Once work started Paul kept in touch , making sure we was happy with all the work going on .The fitter Chris Unsworth is first class nothing was to much trouble. In fact Chris is a perfectionist . Had a bathroom fitted by Ultimate Bathrooms that you couldn't fault. They are not cheap but claim their aftercare is second to none. When my toilet seat needed replacing a few years down the line i contacted them to be told the toilet was no longer being produced so they couldn't help me. When i mentioned about a new toilet they said they could no longer get hold of the tiles in the bathroom so that wasn't feasible. Basically i am having to rip my whole bathroom out for a toilet seat without any customer service from Ultimate Bathrooms.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNEDRuss

The quality of the products are excellent, Paul was excellent in understanding what we were looking for and explained his design ideas by showing us examples within the store. We are absolutely delighted with the end result of our bathroom. The Maltby showroom has some very impressive displays which is what prompted us to use Ultimate Bathrooms in the first place. Paul provided us with guidance on what would best suit our needs and the products that we purchased were beautiful. However, the jewel in Ultimate Bathroom?s crown has got to be Leon and Dale who fitted everything for us. We cannot speak highly enough of their skill and professionalism from start to finish. Their attention to detail was impeccable. The prep work was top notch which meant that we had a perfect finish. Their advice and expertise along the way was absolutely superb. We only had a relatively small job to do in replacing a defective built in shower tray, the Ultimate Bathrooms solution has turned out, although quite expensive to give a fabulous result.The fitter was Chris Unsworth who has been a first class friendly guy from start to finish creating a fabulous finished job. His attention to detail is outstanding & his nature of perfection is something that is rarely found in today's workmen. He is an extremely tidy person leaving no mess from entering the property.I cannot recommend him highly enough, a true professional.We are now back to normal enjoying a terrific showering experience, THANKS CHRIS 5*

Nothing but praise for our new bathroom from Ultimate! Gary patiently helped us choose everything & worked through the details of the initial plan. Special thanks to Chris the installer who was methodical, meticulous, turned up every day, kept everywhere tidy as poss, always left us facilities overnight & we were able to trust & leave him in the house whilst we went out etc we wouldnt hesitate to recommend & feel so pleased we chose your company. Our bathroom now has the 'Wow' factor. Not the cheapest no but worth the money for the excellent service & outcome.

It gives me great pleasures to recommend this company ! The en-suite bathroom was totally refurbished having a wall knocked out to enlarge the shower area, tiles taken off and a complete restyled .We had this all done whilst we were away. Paul project managed the whole job and kept us up to date as it was being done. The Trades men he uses have done an absolute amazing job . It was so nice coming back to a totally new bathroom that was up and running and ready to use ...what?s not to love ! A Big Thank You to you all
