Food came stone cold , new manager a joke , talks down to you calling you a lier and not to use them again , he going to loose customers , but that's upto him he talks like he did to me on the phone to the wrong people in maltby he will have a shock , refusing to send it me hot unless I take the food down to show him I had kids , that wouldn't eat it , told him the food is outside ontop of my bin , he refused to come see , even the delivery drivers appoligized for him , not using them again , good luck to them !

Positives, food arrived boiling hot and arrived quickly
Negatives, pizza swimming in grease, tasteless, pizza falls apart when trying to eat and very overpriced......

Chased web order after an hour. Told not received order and had problems with the app. When complained, and said wanted immediate refund, as no longer needed order because had to leave for work, no concerns were given and took no responsibility for their technical issues. Went on to say that this was the first order they had issues with after already telling me they knew they were having problems. Will not be ordering from there again.

What a bloody joke of a takeaway over priced food lacks quality only good thing food wise is cheese sauce staff are rude all young lasses who probably can?t be arsed to be there and want to just get it over and done with get some passion back Ellie?s you used to be one of the best in maltby and I think your now the worst in maltby sort of out!!!!!

Nice pizza and good service. Even tho pizzas weren't Italian style thin, they were still good. Chips were really nice, I'm normally not bothered about them but demolished the whole box! ?Delivery guy was very friendly and they let us make a payment over the phone because we didn't have any cash.They had a good deal for two pizzas, chips and a bottle of pop.

Called in for a bit of quick tea, orderd kebab meat chips with cheese sause.. to be honest wasn?t very good at all kebab meat was cold chips soggy salad ok and the cheese sauce was like a lumpy white bachemel with a hint of cheese ! Poor effort

Delivery. Food was not packaged correctly on delivery, falling out of the paper packaging and then falling onto the insulated packing. (Who knows what germs are in that bag) Called, asked about health and safety..."I am very busy, I can do your order again". Used to love Ellies.

Absolutely disgraceful! Worst takeaway experience I think I?ve ever had. Staff spoke to me like I was some idiot when I took back a burnt, basically charcoaled, pizza and the completely wrong order. Don?t think the staff can even be bothered to be there at all since they have attitude problems. That?s not even because most of the people that work there are young girls, because the older ones have them as well. I do find it strange however that they?ve only been employing young girls recently ?. Don?t think this place will last long, absolutely shocking. The whole place screams food poisoning.Kid-friendliness: Had my child order down the phone for me and they were saying they couldn?t understand a word and to ?talk properly?. I wouldn?t mind but they can speak perfectly clear!Parking: No proper parking at the front, lucky nobody clipped my car as it?s a little bay on the main road.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility whatsoever, had to leave my grandmother outside in the cold ?Dietary restrictions: They all use the same oils and cook the same things together even when I could only eat chicken.
