I ordered on just eat … over 2 hours waiting .. when it came it tasted like washing up liquid when I called to tell them the lady was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me finish what I was saying and hung up .. I tried to call back and hung up on each time .. RUDE AND AVOID !!

Absolutely awful service. Ordered food and waited an hour, expecting my delivery at any time when I get a message to say my order was cancelled with no reason. I rang them to be told they were too busy, but it took them an hour to realise this.
Absolute joke. Don?t waste your time or money. I definitely won?t be using them again.

Ordered at 4.20. Rang for an update at 6.05 to be told it was with the courier. Waited a further 30 minutes, no delivery. I rang the reception team who again said it was on its way....I understand delayed delivery due to business but to not offer an apology and in turn rudely hangup the phone it extremely poor. 2 hours and 25 minutes in total waiting. Food ok but certainly not worth the wait nor the extremely poor customer service. Won't be ordering again.

After being a regular customer I find it really disappointing that they have suddenly changed their range for delivery to 3 miles. I only found this out after spending around twenty mins ordering then when trying to process payment getting informed they?re unable to deliver. I phoned to see if this was a technical error but was quite rudely told it is what it is. Ahh well I shall take my business elsewhere and hope their 3 mile radius keeps them afloat as I won?t be using again.

The worst Chinese takeaway ever !Combination Starter for two prawn toast burnt, and grease dripping off it ,the rest of the starter was dry and unappetising, obviously all re heated .Mains ....sweet n sour ,Chicken balls charcoaled burnt, hard chicken bits inside the batter ,dry and a very "odd" colour chicken too.Obviously been cooked hours ago ! Thai sweet chilli chicken ,rubbery slimy chicken in a thick whitish coloured wall paper paste glue sauce ! Chicken curry ,rubbery slimy chicken in the same thick whitish pale wall paper paste glue sauce ! The only veg in both was a few white slices of onions and x2 to 3 tiny pieces of green pepper Totally unedible and revolting to look at ......threw it all in the bin after a taste of each !!It's always worrying when you order a large meal and it's there at your door just over 10 minutes later ! Definitely not freshly cookedOverpriced meal cost over £50 high end price for disgusting unedible foodNEVER EVER AGAIN ??????
