We came here because our planned venue was shut, and how pleased we were. The staff were welcoming. We had lunch and I had that day's special, which I hoovered up. My friend is vegetarian and she was easily catered for.
Very clean and has lots of walkers call in. There are facilities for young children,such as high chairs. The food is reasonably priced, and even has well stocked book shelves!
Would definitely recommend, and we will be back.

A great cafe. Had one of the best bacon and egg baps with very generous portion size. Outdoor seating and lovely service. Also accommodated for my dairy free friend.

Nice little cafe a little expencive in my eyes. the service is good as is the food you can eat in or out at the back of the free small carpark in a garden area.pleasant freindly staff clean toilets.

Great busy little cafe just a 2 minute down the road from the main langsett reservoir car park. Food was delicious but £5 for a bacon sandwich to takeaway I thought was a bit overpriced. I'm not sure if that's discounted compared to the cafe sit-in prices but if not they need a rethink.
Adding £2 for an extra breakfast item would make a takeaway sausage and bacon sandwich that isn't too large £7 which felt overpriced.
Happy to pay that sat in the cafe, but feel they should be offering some sort of discount for a takeout

Stopped here today for a quick bite... Ended up having the dam buster fry up. Best fry up I've had from a cafe in years... Actually had tinned tomatoes which is special. Epic fried bread too. Everyone else in our party also had great food but the fry up was exceptional. Very friendly staff too, very accomodating and we could even take our dog inside. Will definitely visit again, and again and then probably again.

The cups were dirty and chipped (all three of us had a chipped cup)
The cheese on the cheese toastie was cheap and didn't taste of anything. this is more like a greasy spoon cafe but well over priced for that.

Very quiet for Friday lunchtime, but food and service were excellent as always.
