Every time I visit this store with packages to send the more mature staff are so rude. Huffing and puffing, no customer service skills whatsoever. I was in there yesterday, the gent who got served before me was sent away with a loud & pleasant thank you. I proceeded to buy some milk and then told the lady I was also sending some Yodel parcels and she couldn?t have looked more annoyed. Now I get that you didn?t sign up to work at the post office or for parcelforce/evri etc however your employer requires you to send/receive parcels on behalf of the customers. It?s literally your job. If it?s the technology that scares you ask for more training. Don?t take out your frustrations on your customers. Or might I suggest finding other employment if you can?t muster up enough customer service skills to work in a customer facing role.I?ve worked in retail for over 20 years and there were certain parts of my job that I didn?t enjoy but I never took that out on the general public, that?s BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

At the moment store opens 8 till 8. Sign on the window but only states due to unforseen circumstances. This morning it was still closed at 8.08 so I had to walk away for my train.Sign is very unprofessional, badly displayed and obviously this morning was misleading.Website not updated either.
