This pharmacy is practically on its last knees begging to be shut down, it?s recently been taken over by Weldricks and frankly it?s just gotten worse which I can?t fathom how it could get any worse.I attended today to obtain some antacid, I was unable to locate what I needed on the shelf and so popped to the counter and asked for the required antacid I wanted, I was then met with the response from the chap ?can you see it anywhere? to which my response was sternly put, if I knew that I wouldn?t be bloody asking you would I!This pharmacy needs a major overhaul, it needs shutting down ripping out and then renovating with a better layout. The staff need to be given intense training on where products are located and on how to deal with members of the public.

Low level, barely operational pharmacy. This branch is in need of an immediate review! Wait times are appalling, staff are clearly overwhelmed. My main concern is the standard of customer service (or lack thereof!) also mentioned in the 27 (!) other 1 star reviews. This degree of rudeness is INEXCUSABLE! Staff are inept and unprofessional. I was astounded how customers were spoken to; from simple inquiries about wait times and/or explaining certain needs about vulnerability. Arrogance and rudeness should not be tolerated in a customer facing environment, especially one which requires empathy and patience! Nor is it advisable or professional to reveal sensitive details of prescriptions in earshot of other customers. I have submitted a complaint to Lloyds Pharmacy HO.

My prescription was printed out on the 1st March. My wife went to collect it today, 13th March and surprise surprise, its not ready. Come back tomorrow after 4pm, we are short staffed. How short staffed do you need to be not tomake up someone's medication in 12 days This is happening all the time, now, at this branch. Prescriptions are never ready, no matter how long you give them. We were handed back our prescription to try else where.

Never been anywhere with ruder staff. 10 days to make a percription and still not ready. If you don't like it they tell you you can fill in a complaint form. Absolutely rubbish.Customer service

Pretty shocking, really exactly 6 minutes before they came out of the back to ask what I wanted. It was only me there three ladies doing prescriptions through the Perspex screen so they could see me. I was standing there and wanted serving customer service zero???

Keep you waiting forever, unhelpful and rude staff, poor communication over what is in stock etc. Once the staff had a conversation about my medication loud enough it could be heard in the public area, how's that for confidentiality. I use different pharmacies wherever possible.

Ok as long as you order your prescriptions 2 weeks before you need them.

Can?t even work out dates on the prescriptions. Told it was out of date when the GP and another pharmacy said it was in date until the end of that day. Rather concerning when they are dispensing medication. On returning to inform them it was still in date miserable staff merely replied with ?well it?s out of date?. Terrible service go elsewhere if I was you

I collect my daughters prescriptions from here and was amazed that a prescription that was sent up on a Wednesday was not ready for collection by Friday then was told I had half hour to wait in a queue. Happens every week.

Had my prescription for 10 days, still not done, sent me to another chemist to get my medication, this is happening constantly, slow and poor service. You can only blame covid so much, before incompetence and poor management shows. I'd rather die than set foot in that branch again

I have today called to collect my repeat prescription. Requested 8 days ago.Handed prescription and told to get it filled at another chemist as they need at least 10 days notice for a repeat.Complaints are5 phone calls unanswered even tried while in que and phone buzzed but 4 staff unanswered10 people que and 1 serving customers4 staff doing nothingPathetic service and will spread the word how bad they are
