What a shame, food is normally lovely but our last 3 orders have had things missing and arrived well over an hour. Our last ever order tonight is now 2 1/2hrs from ordering and still not heard after being told it had left over an hour ago. We must have spent £100's if not more for family and social gatherings, so a real shame we no longer be ordering from here.

Orderd late Friday night the pizza was burnt the crusts would break your teeth yes i get it was probably the last order but omg it was not nice at all normally everything really good but definitely not tonight if it was still open would have sent the food back

Ordered online £51 - the order came in 40mins - good time to be fair. They missed off a portion of nachos so I called them to ask for them to bring them. They never apologised but just said 5 mins. 20 mins later, no food, I called back and was answered by the rudest most arrogant, up himself guy who proceeded to tell me it wasn't his fault it was a 'double Friday night' whatever the hell that means - he's just come back off holiday and is super busy so it will be another 5 mins. He was very loud, rude, sarcastic and asked me what I wanted. I replied with my food, an apology when I first called would hsve been nice and now as a customer who's had awful service compensation! The nachos arrived after 35mins, cold and no compensation. Such a let down after using them for a long time and having experienced the worst customer service in a long time.

Amazing food tastes beautiful and never had a problem with it me and my girlfriend sware by here (even with me been fussy and ordering bits differently) never have a problem.
