I really cannot fault them at all, even my little boy loves their food and he's very picky.

Do not use chicken stop hoyland when you add items to your order and they not delivered it and they said its not there fault and won't do anything about it robbing gets will never go near the place again

Driver was very polite shame about the food second time getting food from here first was shop second was delivery both times absolutely appauling wouldn?t mind if it?s a small order but it never is so money down the drain literally ! chicken extremely dry never cooked fresh in all this world chips either undercooked or double cooked both times the garlic bread was rock solid and couldn?t even bite into it it?s absolutely disgusting and every time trying to complain no answer miraculously would advise everyone to steer clear from this place god knows how it?s still open !

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Gone downhill lately but tonight finished it for me. The new owner / chef, he introduced himself to me by talking over the till staff trying to offer stuff I did not want. He went to back and started smoking and vaping with staff I could see from the till into the back. Sure shouldn't be doing this in a back kitchen that prepares food. They came from the back after smoking to make food and then he rubbed his face and poked up his nose and did not wash his hands and carried on touching food. Then how he came to the counter spoke to the till staff and driver like poo on his shoes that's putting it nicely. I would not be spoken to like that from anyone. Outside while I vaped the driver said he is not a nice person and lost some staff already the way he has been to them. To top it off under 5 min drive home the food was cold, my burger asked for plain and got salad on, the wrap had a hair in it and garlic bread cheese had about 3 strands of cheese on at best. Very poor and won't be ordering again.
