We would definitely recommend English Rose Tea Rooms. We've used them for my mums funeral 3 weeks ago and again today for a family birthday tea for her. Beautiful food each time and plenty to offer. Thank you so much

Been twice in the last week.Once with my 2 year old son and then returned for breakfast with my husband this morning . Breakfast was delicious and great value for money .
Lovely chilled atmosphere and even when I went in with the little one on my own we felt welcome. We will be back next week :) xx

The food is first class and staff are extremely pleasant and very friendly. Definitely recommend this cafe for a wonderful lunch or just coffee cake and a friendly chat

Had breakfast here for the first time this morning with some friends / neighbors. Everything was fantastic! Also had orange chocolate cake and the best vanilla slice I have ever tasted, to take away. We will definitely be back for all three.

Please try this place. You won?t be disappointed. I have now visited both here and their one in Wombwell and couldn?t fault a thing. Had the afternoon tea for one and the cheese and ham toastie. Both exceptionally delicious and the staff are lovely. (There cakes are too).
