Started PT at Resculpt 8 months ago and what a great decision it was. I live in North Sheffield so was concerned if the distance to Doncaster would be a problem. However, thanks to the new road to the airport, I can get there in 30 minutes and it?s well worth that 30 minute travel. I have been a gym member for a number of years and have always done lots of cardio based classes. Having read the benefits of weight based training I wanted to try this but was worried about doing it right and how to make it effective. Mick has been brilliant showing me a smarter way of training to get better results and having tracked my stats over 8 months, the difference has been eye opening. I?ve lost fat, put on lean muscle and my shape has changed dramatically (for the better). It was a no brainer to sign up for a further 12 sessions after I had completed the initial 12 sessions I signed up for. I go once a week and actually look forward to Mondays to see what mix of stuff I will be doing. For anyone in Sheffield/Rotherham/ Chesterfield , it?s well worth the trip to Doncaster if you are look for a great PT.
