Came in tonight to watch the Bournemouth v Liverpool match and asked for 1 pint of John Smith's the barman said you mean two I said no just one but was still originally charged for 2.
I then told him I only asked for one and then it took an age to rectify the situation and give me half of my money back.
I then eventually went and sat at a table and ordered a drink on the app to be brought to me at my table but waited 15 minutes but didn't get it so I went to get it myself only for it to brought to me while I was at the bar.
Otherwise it was very good.

Visited twice this month and its absolutely freezing, too cold to take off your coat, also coffees should be hot not lukewarm.

Restaurant was freezing, we were sat with our coats on. The staff were just stood on their phones and not very interested in the customers. The food was super greasy and the batter was dark, like the oil in the vats needed changing. Not be going back there unless it?s for a pint and there are different staff on.
