Wife ordered 8 slabs. Received email stating delivery would be between 9am and 1pm on Saturday. Hadn?t come by 2pm so phoned in to be told driver would get to us eventually. No phone call from driver stating why he was late. When he did get here at 2.30pm he gave no apology for being late.
A totally wasted day.
Will not use Wicks again.

Absolute joke I went in for some plumbing bits , afew bits of pipe then solvent cement to fix it today.all good ?.until I got to checkout . I got Id checked for this . Crazy but no problem I have a photo of my passport and drivers licence . They were just being awquard and didn?t accept either . Was a young girl serving me , she had no idea then asked her curly haired manager if it was okay .he was an absolute jobs worth and didn?t even entertain the idea. Like it was a crazy thing . Proper stickler for following the rules clearly . Until I left then he followed just stood outside helping a customer load his car who wasn?t even parked in any bay just in the middle of the road to the parking spaces. Normally okay here but shocking today . Older people just looking down at younger tradesmen standard . Won?t be bothering going there again .
