Such a good experience. Staff very good and helpful. 1 star knocked off due to how ridiculously expensive it costs. Just 2 adults and 1 child ur spending over £50!!!

Nice update. Sat in VIP seats and they were not comfy very upright. Would be nice if they reclined. Not worth the extra money

I booked using meercat 241 & the website charged me in full, I mentioned this at the till when we arrived & the young lady was very helpful & refunded the difference...great customer service & all done with a smile. Very grateful & will definitely be returning soon. Thank you ? Time of visit 13:20pm 24th October in Doncaster unfortunately I didn't catch the young ladies name.

Online booking process was a nightmare, took about 30 minutes, kept throwing me out and I had to keep restarting.Had a Meerkat code, I was still charged a booking fee for it even though it was a free ticket. In the end it would have been cheaper to buy tickets on the door.Bought VIP seats, nothing VIP about them apart from their location within the cinema, they were the same as the cheaper seats and very uncomfortable.

Fantastic cinema and much better value than other leading chains. The food is well priced too, being amongst popular restaurants is also a big plus

Staff are always friendly, and the cinema is always clean. Do have a little wait when you?re in the queue, even when there is no one being served, so if you are one of these people who panic about being in the movie on time, then I recommend getting there a little earlier. Other than that, it?s a nice cinema

Always booked to watch films at Vue Doncaster. Staff have been friendly and viewing experience excellent. But when they put offers on like today there's limited film times available for teenagers. Poor management decisions

Booked reclining seats in a small room and it was just perfect the seats are so comfy and snuggly.The nachos were great but the hotdog my boyfriend had wasn?t so good, the first one he was given looked like it had already been chewed and the second wasn?t much better but he was hungry. The prices let it down for sweets etc

Good clean cinema with lots of screens and showing times to choose from.? Accessibility is really good.We chose the ViP seats and they were nice and comfy with a great central view of the screen.Staff are really friendly and entry was a doddle with the QR code from my online ticket ???I love the cinema ?? ????

Big clean cinema with really helpful friendly staff. Unfortunately, none of the self-service touch screen ticket machines were working when I visited, so there was a queue to buy tickets. However, no biggie as the queue moved quickly. The seats are large and very comfortable, toilets very clean, loads of usual snacks and drinks too. The cinema is surrounded by lots of food places, so the car park is huge and free. There is a pizza express right next door, perfect for a pre movie meal. As a solo visitor, when i bought 1 ticket, I was given 2 seats so that no one sat next to me. Nice touch! ??

Nothing special . Would have been nice for the vue to make a big deal out of the two biggest films to come to cinema in a while. Went to see barbie and really think they could have made a big marketing deal out of it as so many people came dressed in pink looking forward to it. People lined up to gey pictures with the advertisement. Would have been nice to have the barbie box their as it was at lots of other cinemas through the country.

A great value cinema. Not really worth VIP seats as don't really find them that comfy. But def recommended for a really good value time out.
