This was the biggest mistake to join here, but finally im off, how you can charge 28f unlimited for all only sim card ???!!!! And loyal customer ??! I dont have nothing to people who working there but tho this company.

Got a phone upgrade from Frenchgate, jade gave excellent service, very helpful, went back day after to sort issue and Ashley was so helpful and so friendly, sorted it in 15minutes, both excellent ?

Worst place to visit to get a SIM. The staff doesn't have any knowledge about the plans or even how to top up. When i visited there was one guy and two girls just sitting and talking and doesn't even care to help you. They were so rude as well.

My experience today. Purchased a dongle from the French gate shop... all good with the lady with long brown hair.. thank you, however it was the wrong type I wanted a mobile dongle not one you have to connect to the computer but this type of detail was not explained. I returned to the shop and was met by a very aggressive Natalie! I tried to explain the situation but she just told me I was in the wrong and did not know my terminology mate! Natalie then proceeded to ask me for a 4 digit pin number ? which I had not been given or set up ... once again with an appalling, aggressive manner! At this point my wife left the shop because of her attitude she still kept saying "well what's your pin ,you should have one as a customer of Vodafone...what have you used in the past ? I replied I am a new customer. At this point my wife returned and Natalie said to her you don't need to be here! My wife replied this is my husband and your attitude is shocking she replied I am refunding you let me do it. Natalie then produced a receipt and said here you need to sign this mate ! My wife explained we are not her mate and I should be sir or Mr Birkinshaw she replied I am Australian .... we walked out of the shop with a trail of abuse from her with everyone in the shop listening...never in my 61 years have I ever been treated so badly !! Think the Manager of Vodaphone needs to have a serious word. Left very shaken and upset ?
