Regular customer for a few years. Normally love the food. However, was put off after I went on Wednesday and there was a long red/ brown hair in my burger. Couldn’t take it back as was take away. Really disappointed. Put me off coming back. Staff should be wearing hair nets.

This small chain gives off a Five Guys vibe, freshly cooked burgers to order. Unlike Five Guys they do chicken burgers and onion rings which is great. The chips are good but not quite as addictive as Five Guys. Love a coca cola freestyle machine. Clean restaurant, friendly
