Great service ! Was greeted as we walked in and told that if we required any help to ask, which we did and the gentleman showed us carpets accordingly. He then worked out the price, which we accepted and the carpet is now fitted by two pleasant young fitters ! All in time for Christmas ?

Over charged on the underlay, salesman wasn't happy when we pointed it out and we required a refund. We were told carpet fitter was £45.00. He turned up and wanted £55.00 he also had attitude and was rude. We won't be using your company again.
