Shocking customer service and business . Rented a pumba hoist from them which failed to work . They said they would refund me but after 10 times of contact them they decide to egnore me .
Would not go here . Complete rip off and cheeky workers who call you mush. Owe me £120

Must say quite surprised with relatively high rating, that 4.2 rating must be coming from family&friends, just popped in as needed pliers. Grabbed one, went to "tills" just to be completely ignored by three members of staff for couple mins as if I was not present, didn't even bother saying "Hi, please give me a sec", completely ignored in front of my wife, she felt embarassed too. Just had to leave. Very poor customer service approach...
