“me and my gf came inside the store and Tammy 'the employee' there (champ) was so thrilled to help us. She filled up our bear and asked us to kiss the heart, spin around and make a wish, bare in mind we're 24 but we happily obliged because it's Tammy. She deserves a raise for this amazing customer service, she's the face of the shop. We got to know Tammy very well and personal, if anybody deserves a nobel peace prize it's Tammy. I hope she succeeds and slowly takes over the management , in fact the entire company.When we were exiting the store suddenly a gunman came in, Tammy didn't even hesistate to stand in front of the gunman and protect us with her body and the stuffed bear. No bears were harmed thanks to Tammy exceptional customer service , she descalated the situaton and even told the gunman to have a nice day. If it wasn't for Tammy we'd be all dead. We are definietly coming back again, thank you Tammy.”

“Absolutely fantastic experience for my son. The store manager went past expectations, after my son hurting his self in the store today a blonde haired lady in a green top come straight over gave him a special plaster and made his day, not from the plaster but the gesture she did after. I’m guessing she was a manager at the Doncaster store but I can honestly say I’ve never experienced customer service like it, I would like to thank you for making my sons day and say to Smyths you have a cracking employee who was compassionate and caring, she did this off her own back but for the small gesture she did will probably receive 10 times back from the amount of people I tell how good our experience was. The thing is you could tell she never did it for that but to make a little boys day. 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back again”
