Asked some woman if they duplicate key fobs like many other key cutting services as I needed some spares for my tenants.Was greeted with 'see your landlord'. Stupid person, I am the landlord.Either she was being rude or just stupid. Very unhelpful assistant.

I got a key cut for my car today by Timpsons. I explained what I needed and the chap did it with no issues, and was quick, efficient and pleasant throughout. The key works as expected and I would definitely use this branch again!Thanks

This little store helped me in times of need, on two separate occasions.
One morning I was in a hurry, I had a meeting to attend and was quite aggressive with my laces. They snapped... After attending the meeting with one brogue lace-less, I nipped to Timpson's and bought myself a lovely set of high quality flat waxed laces. I've now learnt to be less heavy handed while handling my laces; give something a bit of love and they'll last many years, even laces.
The second helpful service this store provided was the re-heeling of my loafers, they were done within 24 hours and the price was very reasonable.
