We have been toying with the Idea of having the kitchen cum dining room tiled for quite a while.We looked on TYTC website and was very impressed by their reviews.We arrived at their showroom and was impressed to see how well it was layed out. Loads of different colours and shapes to look at.We were approached by Richard who asked what area we were going to do and what colours we were interested in looking at. He showed us around the showroom and advised us what would look nice. We chose some tiles. He said we could take them to see what we thought once we were home. But we had made our minds up there and then.We had all the measurements and Richard worked it all out. Helping us with grout colour and trims we needed.We took delivery of everything a few days before our tiler was starting. The delivery driver (sorry didn't get his name) was polite and brought everything on a pallet to where we wanted them.This was a few weeks ago, tiles are down and we absolutely love how it's transformed the kitchen cum dining room.Thanks TYTCWe won't hesitate to return if we ever want tiles.We highly recommend a first class company. ?

Great approach to customer service in store. Purchased a bag of grout and run out right at the end of a project. Rather than charge for a full bag the gentleman at the counter gave us enough to finish the tiling as a gesture of goodwill. Will definitely return for future purchases.

Visited the Doncaster branch and was greeted by Richard who I believe could be the branch manager. He was extremely helpful, with both ideas and even as far as how the tiles where best fitted. He seemed to know all the latest trends and what would work for the ideas I had. Would defiantly recommend and will also 100% be using this store again!!
