Rang this GP today regarding a recurrent infection and maybe a prescription for antibiotics. After waiting for around 15 minutes I was put through to some sort of call centre who told me that there was no possibility of making an appointment but she could put me through to the out of hours doctor service. Alternatively, I could try ringing every day at 8 am or visitng the practice at 8 am on the off chance of getting an appointment. Wow! Needless to say, I have applied to join another GP. I had no issues at all with this practice a few years ago, but now the service they offer is dismal.

Parent of a child at the practice. Arranged appointment to specifically speak to Dr myself to find out about my child?s health investigations. Practice rang my ex wife instead giving her the appointment I requested and refused to apologise or get the doctor to call me despite it being their error.

My mum has stage 4 cancer and was trying to contact you today to discuss her medication because she was so so uncomfortable. She gave up after being on hold for over 90 minutes and was nearly brought to tears. Shame on you.And it says on your nhs page that you?re accepting more patients. You can?t even do the absolute basics for the ones you already have.

Disgusting no one knows what there doing all uneducated people phone service is a joke 45 minz on hold to move 14 places yet call fails as soon as I got to number 2 gp carnt speak English that well vile service will be taking it further ! Worst go service Iv ever come across in 45 years of life

after receiving an engaged -redial message 186 times. got through to the call queue. After waiting on hold for 1hr 30min, spoke to a receptionist.... told no availability and put through to the same day day health service in position 33 in the queue.... this service is fine if / when you can get an appointment. Unfortunately this booking service is not fit for purpose.

Bring back to Auckley. Service was excellent compared to now. And I've never waited on a phone but the other week I was on 45 mins. I'm still struggling with my issue but what's the point. Very disappointing

I have chosen to go abroad for elective surgery as I cannot afford the private prices here in the UK and cannot wait the 10+years wait time for the NHS to do this. I spoke with my GP this morning in regards to aftercare... to be refused to be treated and told 'I'm not forcing you to go have surgery, you're forcing yourself'. I was taken back by the insensitivity and disrespect from a GP who I have known majority of my life and used to think he was a decent guy. Have rang back this morning to speak to the practice manager in regards to this... shes busy. Surprise surprise. Still waiting for a call back from herself. You have a Duty of Care to ALL YOUR PATIENTS. NOT who you just want to pick and choose. I will need bloods, B12 injections, and all other tests done for the next couple of years as my body recovers from surgery and starts its new life... but unless "I have a life threatening symptom, I won't be seen" and a note will be placed on my file. If I had a life threatening complication... you can bet I will not be waiting weeks to get an appointment with this surgery. I'll be going straight to A&E! I'd recommend this practice closes for good if it could. It's been an absolute shambles for years!

If I could give a minus rating I would! When it was just auckley surgery it was brilliant you could get an appointment no matter when you called but since the merger it would be easier to get an appointment with Lord lucan! I've been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment to be told to go to a&e for something my gp can deal with, and now they've merged with Sandringham when they know there is serious issues already is mind blowing. A formal complaint is going into pals about the care offered here.

If I could give this a minus score I absolutely would. Since they have merged with 2 other practices the service is just horrendous. There?s about 4 different numbers depending on what you want. Don?t expect to get through to any within 30 minutes though. The different practices clearly don?t communicate with each other so you have to explain yourself over and over again. God forbid you?re calling for a sensitive issue. You?ll be lucky if you actually get to see anyone. I cannot believe this is allowed to happen. When it was just Auckley it was great but now it?s appalling! I won?t be staying.

Had to ring 3 days in a row to get an appointment after 40 mins of waiting on the line, to then be told that my phone appointment is cancelled 10 minutes before it was scheduled because doctor got ill.

we pay a lot of money in NI turn up for my 8:30 appointment below freezing no one will open the door, they had almost a year of lockdown not acceptable to be left standing in below freezing temp, should have worked out a better system in this time. if you can go into a shop 2 or 3 at a time and talk to cashier through plastic you can do the same in the reception. not get left outside to freeze

Tried to call the surgery at 13.20 On a Wednesday , the phone lines were saying I had called out of hours they are clearly open or the times should be altered on the web site !! It is a nightmare trying to get through to the surgery at the best of times and usually takes up a whole lunch hour from work ! Surely a better system can be put in place . Give the project to a school and I?m sure the children can come up with something better
