Lovely restaurant the food was great main course dishes plentiful cooked to perfection. The only small downside the pickle tray dishes are far to small !!!

Me and my girlfriend had dinner here last night and it was delicious, ample portion service was really quick with drinks and food, staff were brilliant, thanks for a great night ????

Went with 15 other people for the buffet night , we sat down at 20:00 , the starters were already on the table , you then Helped yourself to a range of Indian food.
There was a good selection but it was Luke warm , not one dish was hot and as we were the last sitting the dessert table was to say the least very poor and only remnants of three cakes , they were the scraps left from the previous diners , very poor .
The staff were not really interested and when she collected the plates we were asked to pass them down the table !
We all put in £20 the meal being £18.90 and left the balance as a tip , on hind site , we actually served ourselves.

So i'll start with whats really poor about it ...... the food.
I started with the Chicken Nambali; fine. Not impressed with the tesco brown sauce criss crossing it. But it is what it is.
Next had the Chicken Curry with mushroom rice for main.
I got a bowl of rice with a pile of Mushrooms ontop!!, you couldn't mix it up ?. The Curry. I love Indian food, everywhere I go I look for an Indian restaurant. The Curry was crap, the worst i've ever tasted. Not worth paying for. Cheap is what comes to mind, and if the restaurant owner is reading this he knows it.
Nothing green on or in it. It looked bad. Never again.
On the plus side then. The building is beautiful both inside and out, beautiful; v.good car parking.
The Staff. Outstanding. Really welcoming and attentive. His staff were easily amongst the best i'd experienced anywhere.
I'm only writing this because the food was THAT bad and I feel i've been robbed. I'll never darken this door again.

Ate here last night and I cannot fault it. The food is absolutely off the chart, and the portions are so generous we walked had to bring some home. Loads of food, loads of drinks and less than £75 for 2 of us. Best Indian Restaurant in South Yorkshire by miles. Can't wait to go back ??

Good value for money, went for the buffet to try different dishes and it was fairly good. Wouldnt do that again though - would probably have a full meal to feel getting most value. First time we had been so would have been nice to have been informed on what to do/what the buffet rules were. Some items seemed to run out quickly and not get restocked. Staff were nice and friendly, though.

Previous reviews read well and the menu looked interesting.
I ordered vegetable starters they were both excellent.
Was looking forward to the mains but they were a major disappointment.
