Miss communication on the class booking system has left a nasty taste in my mouth, head office need to give Steve some freebies as the way he was treated today was absolutely disgusting and embarrassing, totally avoidable in my mind, if this malarky carries on, you will be one less member with me?

Been there for 1 month, now I can see why is not so busy, because is COLD. Firstly, the air con is terrible, you can freeze while you train, doesn't matter where you are, it's cold everywhere, you can feel the air con blowing straight to you.Secondly, fix the walls, I can buy you 50 more buckets so you can use them when is leaking, too many leaks on both floors, it's so ridiculous , water everywhere etc

I requested to pause my membership in March now we are in July I am still getting charged despite numerous emails with their customer service department.I have paid over £100 on a services that they have admitted has been frozen.Customer service take over a week to reply and put as little effort as possible."Work my body not my wallet" is an aparent lieI thought the gyms and staff were solid but this is making me think worth while anymore.I'll consider taking this review down if I get an amicable solution to this.

The gym has everything you need. Not only is it open 24 hours a day every day of the week, but you have different levels to excess the gym you can go from the second story carpark or from the street entrance. The gym has two different rooms full of brand new equipment. You can cancel your contract at any time and pay no extra and the price is very reasonable too.

I?ve been going here for years now and it?s a great gym that has a good choice of equipment, has really friendly team members including the cleaners like Pete!My only criticism and the only reason I won?t give 5/5 stars is because the music is always blasting in the gym and even with my earphones on high volume I can?t escape it. If it were lowered a tad it?d improve my personal experience and I?ve heard the same from friends too.Overall I?d Recommend this gym to anyone though!

My goto place for a workout always lots of space to get done what I need without having to wait for equipment. The 24/7 aspect is much appreciated for when I'm working nights. Free classes. With free 2 hours parking. You can go wrong. And at a low cost. Recommend to anyone.

The Gym Group Doncaster is an absolutely fantastic gym , I have been to most gyms in Doncaster and this is by FAR the best. All the staff are so friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgable. The whole atmosphere is welcoming. The classes are excellent. A real key if you are new to the gym this is the place to go, and if you're an old timer the equipment is great.

The staff are the best part of this gym. They help with anything we need, answer questions about equipment, offer advice etc. I?ve never had a problem that wasn?t resolved by them. The gym itself is good, staff are always cleaning down equipment and there is plenty of kit to choose from. Would love a hip thrust machine though if you are taking suggestions :)

Great Gym, great equipment! Everything you?ll need there.If you love weightlifting I recommend being coached by Charlotte, she?s very experienced, 100% knows what she?s talking about and will definitely put you through your paces!

The Gym Group Doncaster is a fantastic gym. All the equipment you could ever need and such a lovely community. The gym is always clean and maintained well and the staff are a friendly bunch who are always on hand if you need any help!

Very helpful staff. Open facility with wheelchair access which is essential for me. Nobody is rude. You can ask other gym goers for assistance. Overall great place. Would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant gym, the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly and approachable. The machines are pretty good for you everyday gym goer and the atmosphere makes it even better people will push you and make sure that you are doing your workouts right.Definitely would recommend this gym to anyone in Doncaster
