Used the toilet here this morning at 9.30 - store had just opened. The ladies toilets were filthy. Toilets not clean at all. Toilet roll all over the floor. The hand soap dispenser was filled with water. Clearly no one has been in there to clean them since they closed at 10pm last night. Awful Had to put one star to do the review but that?s the only reason !

When you change the opening hours on temporary ones edit them on the Google as-well. Don?t keep your customers as the doors when you still have 1h.

This store for the past 3 weeks has been having a reorganization and ot iis impossible to find anything . It is die to to last until the end of September, i will no shop here until it had returned to normal.

I prefer Tesco Edenthorpe to sainsburys - I know where everything is & the staff are always lovely & helpful , however on my visit this afternoon, I have to mention this:
I was at the self serve with my 6 year old boy. Who was literally just stood by me & a young assistant - name tag not visible - was very abrupt & told him not to stand where he was!! He wasn?t to know he was in the way and not should he be made to feel that way- her tone was shocking so hopefully this feedback will perhaps encourage her to think about that next time.

walked into the tesco toilets with women's hygiene products on the floor and tissues that probably has been used on the floor. I like the food however some of my recent favourites are no longer there. I also enjoy the security guard who greets Is when I walk in, handsome young fella.?

Went to pick up the last few things for Christmas ? even tho we had to fight our way through all the rest of the horrible shoppers - shella who was on till 1 made it sooo worth while, she was full of Christmas spirit, super professional, happy and friendly and absolute credit to your team! #amy ;)

People on weldricks chemist are rude and over talk you, was trying to tell them something about what happened earlier and me having to come back, they cut me off over talked me and moved onto next person just rude

I avoid if possible and now only go for a select few things if I can?t get them elsewhere. The whole shopping experience is soul destroying. Today only 1 in six self serve tills took cash. This doesn?t reflect the amount of people that want to pay cash as we were all queuing, but lots of card only tills were empty. The manned tills are really slow even though the store?s never particularly busy. The only reason I?ve given any stars at all is they have an excellent pharmacy. Other than that, you?re really getting it wrong Tesco.

I have recently moved to Kirk Sandall and use Edenthorpe Tesco as it is in walking distance on a regular basis. In the last few months I have had milk which has gone off on three occasions. I have reported to customer services and recieved a refund, Unfortunatley, the problem hasn't been resolved the milk I am using is semi-skimmed and the best before dated is 25/08/24 today is the 19/08/24. What is going wrong?
