Every time I come into this shop, the staff are so cheerful and friendly. It doesn?t matter who is serving, they always greet with a smile and are happy to help.

Rough sleeper outside asked someone for a hot drink from the machine. The old lady then asked the staff for help with the machine to which they replied, "He's not homeless he's got a house, ignore him" and "don't waste your money on him"Absolutely wretched attitude and I'd expect better from a company that runs charity events and foodbanks.Happened at roughly 5pm, 07/03/2024. Two female staff on.
