I have used this pharmacy for a number of years. I have always found the staff friendly and very helpful. I have always received a excellent service.

Rude, arrogant and prejudiced staff!!! Went to the pharmacy and got there for 20:53. Now I know they were closing at 21:00 however, I was in the queue before closing behind 3 other customers. The arrogant lady behind the desk left me standing there for 5 minutes before asking a customer to walk to me and tell me she wasn?t serving me she wouldn?t have time. Now she saw me enter the queue and let me stand there waiting. The pharmacy was already going to be late closing and my prescription will be delayed until til tomorrow. If she couldn?t serve me then why could she serve the other customers? The way I was dressed because I was wearing a hooded jumper and jogging bottoms as I was on my way to the gym? Why not turn away any other customer before me? Why not immediately tell me she couldn?t serve me when I originally joined the queue? Why not have the decency to actual come and tell me herself instead of asking a customer to tell me? The customer doesn?t work there, doesn?t get paid a ridiculous amount of money to fill prescriptions, that?s her job and she shouldn?t have been delegating it by putting a customer in that position, he even told me he felt awful and akward, I wasn?t waiting for ice cream I was there to get a prescription that I pay for because I desperately need the anti-biotic tablets my doctor prescribed.Absolutely jobsworth.

Had a prescription for 2 days told me to come back each day that it would be available the next day and at the end of day three, handed the prescription back saying we've not got it.it's not like people need medicine. that it's generally given to them when they require it, not days later.pathetic service and I wish the NHS would strike off services like this that fail completely

Always waiting a long time, eveb when no one is waiting. Pharmacist is very rude. I called in to see If my medication was ready about 12pm and it wasnt,so I rang at 7pm to see if it was ready, it wasn't. I said to him, no worries, thank you anyway, and he just put the phone down. No bye just clicked phone off. The customer service of the staff there is atrocious. I have now changed to Weldricks

Terrible customer service from the pharmacist himself although the counter staff were friendly.Prescription was ready message sent to my phone the day before i arranged for it to be picked up and we were told it wasn't ready and there were 500 more to get ready before mine by the pharmacist.Really bad attitude.Why send the text if not ready and waste peoples time.Will be changing my pharmacy from now on!

I usually have no issues, but i have been waiting for 1 item now for 3 weeks. I rang and they said they could not get old of it but it was not there job to ring the doctors to tell them and ask for an alternative. So i had to do it, but surely they should let someone know and not just sit on the prescription?

I have been collecting my prescriptions from this pharmacy for around 20 years . As the years went by and the NHS changed, prescriptions were ordered and sent to the pharmacy of your choice and to pick them up when ready which usually took a couple of days or so . I then requested a text message to be sent when my medication were ready . I think that?s when it all changed not for the better. Text messages got lax , you?d go to pick your medication up and are met with a impatient assistant saying Have you had a text ,? Sometimes it hadn?t been sent but had been ready a few days and I had not been contacted. Times my husband and I went to see if our medication was ready to be told we can?t get your medication even though we?d put our prescriptions in a week before and running out of medication. We told them we were running out , to be told we had to try and source our medication elsewhere but they had our prescriptions and couldn?t get them for us . It was getting to the point that we were ringing to see if our medication was available. Tip DONT try ringing they rarely answer the call or put the phone down on you .Since the Pharmacy in Sainsbury?s has shut down TESCO cannot manage with the influx of patients they are having . Staff are Abrupt, Talking behind the counter amongst themselves , ignoring patients that are waiting to be seen to . Not very professional. They are not fit for purpose. One Star Given for lack of effort.

Fuming. Been waiting for hormone patches for approx 3 months. They kept saying they were gonna be in and when I went they wasn?t. Then they told me I had to speak to Dr and ask for something else. I rang Drs and they said it was up to pharmacy to tell them if they couldn?t get them and say what they could. So back and forth I went again until I got annoyed and tesco phoned my Drs with an alternative and another prescription was raised. Then about 2 weeks later they said the original had come in did I want them so said I did but wasn?t able to collect straight away. Got a text a week later and been in today and no where to be found. Waited ages while my shopping was defrosting so told them they had better find them and deliver to my property after all the messing around. Still waiting !!

Very rude to my husband when he went to collect my medication and they denominated me without telling me so I was without my medication and ended up very ill. Most staff are nice but odd few need a different job away from people.
