Ordered on the app for a pre paid collection. Gave the restaurant over an hour, and the didn't start making the order till we'd arrived. After spending 95 pounds, and the fact that the app claimed our food was ready, I expected no issues. But unfortunately I was greeted by no food, and staff thaat didn't seem to understand...

Portion sizes of the ingredients are borderline rations. For the price paid you barely get any meat or cheese in the subs, and it just seems to be getting worse.

Sandwiches are great when they're made right and not contaminated with other people's sandwiches. Ordered food and found it covered in tuna mayo from the previous customer's sandwich.
