Not a great Subway experience for me today. I'm a regular but I usually use a different branch. The two girls working were polite enough, but that wasn't the issues.
I wanted meatballs on my sub. But they had run out. No problem, I changed my order.
Half of the salad was missing. No peppers, no olives. Two things I usually get on my sub. Frustrating
I ordered a machine drink as I like to get ice and a refill. There were no straws available to use, and no lids for the cups. When I asked, they provided a straw but no lid. Then when I went for a refill I was told I wasn't allowed one. This doesn't ever happen at any other Subway I've visited. If I'd known this, I'd have just ordered a regular bottle drink instead
I enjoyed what I had overall, but it wasn't to the standard I'm used to. Next time I'm in town for dinner, I shall be avoiding this branch and going to the one in Frenchgate or in the train station.

That looks like more smashed sandwich.
Bread cut in half and put together instead on of bottom and top. all salad and souces all over the bread and paper wrap.
Impossible to eat it.
6£ in the bin.
Not coming back. Awful.

Unfortunately this subway has gone down hill since it changed the ownership and staff members. Lovely staff before who always went above and beyond, always came here on my lunch breaks. Now it's taken over by people who don't know what they're doing, I don't think this is the staffs fault, but a case of no one has been shown what to do. I waited 30 minutes to get served on one occasion when there was only one member of staff to serve about 20 people. It's a shame. I can't see this subway lasting long now due to this.

Love subway but they seem to always run out of salad items. Service is OK as most times theye very young and not experienced enough but they do try there best. Overall nice atmosphere they could do with baby changing facilities and more clean toilets.

I wish I could give this review no stars.. Me and my family went to eat some food and one of the 6 of us got a coffee elsewhere in which the manager Nikki was incredibly rude and continuously stared at me and told me to leave even though I was the one paying for the food in which she said I wasn?tI am extremely disappointed and I hope something gets done with this lady and the way she has dealt with us today - I think she was just on a power trip

I went here for their breakfast deal for 2.99. it's nice that you get a choice of bread, meat & salad add ons and even the sauce. It's then toasted for about 40 seconds. I went to pay and only then noticed that coffee wasn't available on that day so I had a hot chocolate instead. Good value for money. Friendly service.

They should be far clearer about what is included in a meal deal, four 6 inch subs, 3 bags of crisps and 3 cheap drinks was £27!!! The woman at the till should have advised us before charging, not impressed.
