The older lady, who seems to be the manager, is rude and abrupt. She might be allowed to speak to her staff/colleagues in a certain way but certainly not like thatto me, my partner, or customers in general.
A lady was refused entry to the toilet as they had just been cleaned?. really?

Please avoid,avoid, avoid parking here for a quick sandwich. Rogue car parking scammers are out to get your cash. I like subway but too many people getting parking tickets here. Try going on foot only.

very different than other shops, customer service is lacking, waiting time is annoying as only one staff at times, things missing from menu, got water instead of fruit shot for the kid, best to avoid

This place must have the best view of any subway in the uk. However, since the new management took over customer service isn't what it was. If you want the code to use the toilet, you are interrogated to the point of feeling humiliated, in front of everyone.

We come here quite regularly as it is our local. Food is always good but today really ruined our experience. There was a new girl constantly being shouted at by the old women there name is Sharron/shannon not sure. Shouting at the new girl constantly infront of many customers. At one point she said ?I?m gonna slap you? disgusting service infront of many people who all looked really shocked at how she was speaking to this poor girl. This definitely needs to be looked into as the girl was obviously new and training.

Subway is subway, not the freshest food but tastes average. I will say, staff need to wear hair nets because towards the end of my sandwich I found a hair. The man who served me had long hair and kept touching his hair and hat with his gloves on that he wore when serving me - male workers with long hair need to pull it back or wear a hairnet as well as female workers!

I visited this subway a few days ago on my way to work, and what can i say, the service of staff was absolutely appalling and reading on other reviews and by the name tag this isn?t the only time this elderly, utterly disrespectful woman has treat staff and customers poorly. To start off my visit to the horror house when asked on what bread i wanted i was greeted with a lovely display of 2 options to choose from, seeded and Italian herb and cheese bread, the only suitable option that i could choose was seeded as my allergy for cheese and dairy is life threatening, upon informing her about this she seemed to hold a grudge against me, next up comes to the toasting, when asked if i would like my sandwich toasted i said yes as the bread that they were serving looked absolutely disgraceful and soggy so hopes were up that the 30 seconds it took to roast it would sort all issues but instead whilst transporting my sandwich from the counter to the toaster she had dropped my sandwich onto the floor, after cursing up a storm she finally decided to turn around and remake the disaster she had already done prior, moving onto when i was asked which salad i would like i might as well have just asked her to wrap it up and payed for it then, seriously, do the veggies come out of your pay-check? There was more bread than anything else, i had 2 strands of peppers, a fingertip worth of sweetcorn and a literal pinch of everything else, i was in utter shock, anyways too late to turn back now i payed for my order and left before she could even blink an eye. Never will I be returning.Dietary restrictions: Hold a grudge against anybody with dietary restrictionsKid-friendliness: Would not suggest my kids being around the old woman, curses herself out after every minor mistake
