They managed to get my entire order wrong, the sandwiches were toasted and there was no lettuce or mayo on them when specified otherwise. We ordered milkshakes and received coffee. We ordered the fully chocolate cookies and received chocolate chip, asked for chili heatwave Doritos and got tangy cheese instead. We also paid for extra cheese on one of the sandwiches and got NO cheese, we also asked for sauce to come with the chicken bite sides and received none. I tried contacting the restaurant but their phone is constantly on ?user busy?. It?s understandable to get one or two things wrong but completely messing up the ENTIRE order is something of pure stupidity and ignorance. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

Absolutely poor service waited around half an hour to be completely ignored by the staff member even after shouting to say there's people waiting. The atmosphere was unhygienic and the place was falling to pieces, will not return ever again

Stood for half an hour to be served. When trying to get employees attention we got totally Ignored. Very unhygienic environment also including safety hazards. Definitely will not be returning.

Food really poor didn't taste very fresh. Staff unhelpful didn't seem to know about what was in the sandwich. Coffee machine not working. Overall a really bad experience will definitely not be visiting again.

Normal an ok subway used to go here and have no problems but got rid of the workers now they are new ones. Today i had an Indian lady really rude very bad attitude not helpful at all food came and it was rubbish no cheese like i asked for i payed for two boxes of nachos only got one when i had said i payed for two she argued with me no one go here they are terrible.

Cross contaminated my coeliac daughters gluten free bread causing her to become ill very shortly afterwards. Dirty and damaged seating, walls, floors, well everywhere. Dried food and condiments stuck to the wall and it looked like it's been plastered and painted with a shot gun.

The server in the shop was mask free while serving food, not their fault but the tea machine wasn't working, and the table outside was filthy my wipes were dirty when I wiped the table down.
