Had a great experience purchasing a car with Chantelle and Dean at Stoneacre. The whole process went really smoothly and they were able to match me up with a car I was looking for straight away.I also really appreciated the check ins after to make sure everything was ok after I drove away and they were quick with any questions or issues I had.

Great service from Johnathan Jones today when purchasing a Suzuki Baleno! Really helpful, friendly service 10/10, would definitely come back. Even came with me on the test drive not knowing where I am in the area!

If I cold put 0 stars I would. I called the RAC out to my Fiat as it wouldn't start. However it started when the RAC mechanic arrived. He told me there were communication fault codes in the BCM and ECU. He advised me to drive it to a fiat garage while it's started as they will have the right software needed. So I drove it to Fiat Doncaster on my way there the windows opened on their own and the doors unlocked and locked, the car suddenly said it had no fuel which I knew was wrong so I kept going..it was a Sunday so the service team wasn't there but the sales team took my keys and said they could definitely help.On the Monday Olivia called me and told me that the next appointment they had was in 3 weeks time. That no one could even look at it until then. It wasn't guaranteed that my car would start so I thought I'll wait and leave it there. She assured me she would do her best to get it looked at before then. It wasn't possible. So I waited the 3 weeks only to be told that they charged by battery and key fob it's cleared the faults the car is fine come pick it up. I asked why my 1 year old battery would run so low they told me it was due to cold weather. I wasn't happy with this but eager to get my car back I collected it. The car was fine for two weeks. It then started locking and unlocking on its own while I was driving it the windows came up and down.I phoned fiat Doncaster I asked to speak to Olivia who had dealt with me from the beginning I called 3 times and she was conveniently busy with another customer every time. Another person booked me in but I had to wait for weeks again and he told me I would have to pay diagnostics again. I expressed how unhappy I was with this and he moved it forward by one day. Wow. Poor service. Especially when I was reassured that if I had any issues they would get my car straight back in.The worst part is I was driving my car home one night and loads of warning lights flashed on the dash and then disappeared. The same night windscreen wipers randomly came on and the windows and doors locked and unlocked. Then on a country road with no street lights and my headlights went out. My dash board went off and I couldn't see anything. It was so scary.I had my car picked up by the RAC and taken to another garage who immediately found water in the BCM and it's getting it fixed for me. Did Fiat Stonacre even bother to look at my BCM or ECU? I don't think so because if they did they would have found the problem.I have found Stone acre service and repairs to be incompetent and dangerous. I do not recommend.

On Monday we collected our car from seat Stoneacre. The whole experience had been absolutely fantastic from choosing the car, test driving the car and ordering the car. Dean and Jordan were so helpful everything was explain clearly. We went to losts of different garages to look at car and Dean and Jordan were the best sales staff by far. I would highly recommend them, they have been absolutely brilliant and a well deserved 5 star review

Went there to collect previously ordered parts . Was dissapointed that i had to wait 10 minutes for a member of staff to come to the parts counter even though i rang the bell on the desk twice and there were no other customers waiting.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience over the weekend, I took out a PCP on a brand new Seat Ateca. The team were incredible, Dean Messen went above and beyond to make sure I considered the right deal and the right car (we had a lot of back and forth emails) and Michael Perry-Rowlinson really took his time with me on the day to make sure I was happy and the car was set up right for the journey home. A+ service from the team at Stoneacre Doncaster, can't reccomend them enough.

Had great service from here last week when buying a new Seat Leon. Both Kevin and Dean went through all the available options and ensured I got the car I wanted on a great deal.They were so friendly and supportive throughout and I am really happy with my purchase.Would definitely recommend.
