What a Service!! Made my stay a lot better since Doncaster is like Birmingham, but u feel that this place makes the Coffee with love! Ash was having a blast whilst working and really enjoyed to make my day just a little better. What a stupendous gang. They work hard and they make that place fun - even though it has no music. Jo is usually my favorite flat white maker, although she was not there this morning because she has jetted off to somewhere glamorous and sunny. So I had Allan instead who put everything into making the best milk for my hot beverage. Thank you Allan, your smile also lit up my day.

The 2 people who were working here were so lovely and friendly at the Doncaster station store. I believe their names were Alan and Julia! Excellent customer service, best I?ve experienced at a Starbucks.

Visited here earlier this afternoon. My train had been delayed which will put anyone in a grouchy mood. I was served by a young, female member of staff named Ash. She was very friendly, welcoming and professional. Helped to recommend something to drink as I don't visit Starbucks very often. Great customer service and very conversational, which was a nice distraction from the train delays. Would definitely return when next passing through!

Always treat my daughter to a strawberry refresha when in town, decided to come to this one to sit in before our train, the female assistant who served us was shocking with her attitude, she was rude. It was dismal infact and wasn't a good atmosphere, we came once before and got one to take away before and it was fine but my daughter complained this one didn't have any strawberry pieces in which was obvious from looking at it, these drinks are expensive at 5.20 so do it properly please. We will go to the one in the frenchgate centre instead in future which is more welcoming and the staff have customer service skills.

I recently called in for a quick coffee whilst waiting for my train to Sheffield. The Starbucks was kept clean, tidy and felt very welcoming. The staff were polite and got my coffee sorted within a couple of minutes. It tasted great and kept me going for the rest of my journey. Thank you Jo for the lovely experience!

Big up the staff here - especially no or maybe joanna (sorry was in a slight rush) popped in before my next train, without realising how little time I actually had and was in a bigger rush then expected - jo/joanna was amazing, so helpful with speedy service. Thanks again guys

I called in while waiting for my connection, lovely little haven in the middle of a busy station. Great coffee as always and grabbed lunch for my journey which was lovely and fresh. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Lovely clean store and a nice break in my journey.

I spent over £20 for me and my little boy. I got my little boy a caffeine free frapuccino and after just a few mins the paper straw was drenched and soggy. I asked for another paper straw for my little boy to which the male worker simply replied "no"! Rude and not child friendly.
